    Abstract
The study of women with multiple roles focuses on the ways that women perceive stress and cope with role conflicts while they are engaged in these roles. Social strains and role conflicts will be assessed in depth in order to find out the stress factors in women‘s lives. This paper will examine the issue through introducing the problem and describing women‘s multiple roles as mothers, employees, and students at the same time. These roles will be examined by considering factors such as education, socioeconomic status, and age. Management and coping skills will be explored in detail in order to find new methods for women to deal with stress upon being confronted with inter-role conflicts and daily strains.
